At Blackline Fitness, we strive to provide the best services and experiences for our members. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for memberships, classes, and other services.
1. Membership Refunds
1.1 Cooling-Off Period:
New members are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their membership within 14 days of the initial purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us in writing within this period.
1.2 Pro-Rata Refunds:
If a member needs to cancel their membership after the cooling-off period, they may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the remaining months, provided the cancellation is due to one of the following reasons:

Medical condition preventing the use of the facilities (a doctor's note may be required)

Relocation more than 25 miles away from the gym (proof of new address required)

Other extenuating circumstances as determined by Blackline Fitness management
1.3 No Refunds for Prepaid Memberships:
Refunds are generally not provided for prepaid or discounted memberships, including annual memberships, unless specified in the terms of the offer or required by law.
2. Class and Personal Training Refunds
2.1 Class Pass Refunds:
Unused class passes or packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the remaining balance of unused classes.
2.2 Personal Training Sessions:
If you are unable to attend a scheduled personal training session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds for unused personal training packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 Cancellations by Blackline Fitness:
If Blackline Fitness cancels a class or personal training session, you will be offered a choice between a full refund for that session or a rescheduled session.
3. Retail Purchases
3.1 Merchandise:
Refunds for retail items purchased at Blackline Fitness, such as apparel or accessories, are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt.
3.2 Supplements and Consumables:
Refunds are not available for supplements, nutrition products, or other consumable items, unless the product is defective or damaged.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at ascot@blackline.fitness or visit the front desk at our gym. Please include your membership or transaction details and the reason for your refund request.
4.2 Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
5.1 Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, such as guest passes, special events, and promotional offers, are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the terms and conditions of the offer.
5.2 Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
Blackline Fitness reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
