Group Classes at Blackline Ascot Gym

Our group classes are designed to challenge, motivate, and energise - whether you’re training for performance, wellness, or pure enjoyment. Each session is expertly coached, community-driven, and crafted to help you get more from every minute you train.

 

Classes can be booked 7 days in advance via the Blackline Ascot Gym App - Xplor Active.

Class Descriptions


Gym FIIT (Functional Intensity Interval Training)
A gym-floor-based session designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and agility. In a motivating group setting, you’ll move through a series of functional exercises combining bodyweight movements, resistance training, and cardio intervals.

 

Legs, Glutes & Core

A lower-body strength class focused on sculpting your legs, lifting your glutes, and strengthening your core. Using a mix of bodyweight and resistance exercises, you’ll work through squats, lunges, and core-focused movements to build strength, stability, and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options provided throughout.

Core & Cardio

A fast-paced class combining heart-raising cardio with targeted core work. You’ll alternate between cardio intervals and core-focused exercises to boost fitness, burn calories, and build a strong, stable midsection. Suitable for all levels, with options to increase or reduce intensity.

LIFT

A full-body strength class focused on building muscle and improving technique using resistance-based exercises. You’ll work through compound lifts and controlled movements to increase strength, tone muscle, and boost confidence in the weights area. Suitable for all levels, with coaching and progressions provided throughout.

HI-ROX

A high-intensity functional training class inspired by race-style workouts. Combining running or cardio intervals with strength and endurance exercises, you’ll build power, stamina, and mental grit. Expect challenging but scalable workouts suitable for all levels, whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just want to push your limits.

Spin 

A high-energy indoor cycling class set to motivating music, designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. You’ll ride through a mix of climbs, sprints, and intervals, controlling resistance and speed to suit your fitness level.

​

Yoga 

A calming yet strengthening class focusing on flexibility, balance, and breath control. You’ll move through a series of poses designed to improve mobility, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing. Suitable for all levels, with options provided to match your ability.
