Classes can be booked 7 days in advance via the Blackline Ascot Gym App.

Gym FIIT (Functional Intensity Interval Training)
 

Get ready to push your limits with our high-energy, instructor-led Gym FIIT class.

A gym-floor-based session designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and agility. In a motivating group setting, you’ll move through a series of functional exercises combining bodyweight movements, resistance training, and cardio intervals.

Whether you're looking to burn fat, build muscle, or boost overall fitness, this class delivers results through intensity, variety, and teamwork.

Pilates Mat
 

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility with our Pilates Mat class.

This floor-based session is led by a skilled instructor who will guide you through precise, controlled movements, focused on alignment, breath work, and full-body activation.

Using just your bodyweight and a mat, you’ll activate deep stabilising muscles and leave feeling centred, toned, and revitalised. Perfect for all fitness levels.
