Blackline Fitness — Cancellation Policy

We know life changes; this policy explains how to cancel or pause your services with us—and when fees apply.

1 · Membership Cancellations

1.1 Monthly Plans

  • Notice: Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice please click contact link below or speak to the front desk).

  • Billing: Your membership stays active—and payments continue—through the 30‑day notice. If the notice cuts through a billing cycle, we’ll pro‑rate the final charge so you only pay for the days used.

1.2 Annual Plans

  • After 14 Days: You may cancel early only if you:

    1. Develop a medical condition that prevents gym use (diagnosis letter required).

    2. Move 25 miles or more from the gym (proof of new address required).

    3. Face another extenuating circumstance approved by management.

  • Refunds: After the 14 day period has lapsed there are refunds allocated.

1.3 No‑Show / Non‑Use

Not showing up does not cancel your plan. Fees continue until we receive and confirm your written request.

2 · Classes & Personal Training

Group Class - 24 h before start - Forfeit Booking for 2 weeks

PT Session - 24 h before start of session or charged in full

PT Packages - Cancel within 14 days if unused for full refund. After that, unused sessions may be refunded case‑by‑case.

3 · Special Programs & Events

Each event has its own cancellation terms—you’ll see them at booking. If we cancel an event, you choose a new date or a full refund.

4 · Membership Freeze

You may pause your membership for 1–3 months for medical, travel, or similar reasons:

  • Make the request in writing submit via email to the club please click contact link below

  • A £30pm fee applies to retain original discount.

  • Regular billing restarts automatically on the agreed reactivation date.

5 · How to Cancel or Freeze

  1. Email the club please click contact link below (or hand a written request to our front desk).

  2. Give the required notice period.

  3. We’ll confirm within 7 business days. Keep that confirmation for your records.

6 · Changes to This Policy

We may update these rules. New terms appear on our website and take effect immediately. Using the gym after changes means you accept them.
