Cancelation Policy

At Blackline Fitness, we value our members and aim to provide flexibility while ensuring that our policies are clear and fair. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling memberships, classes, and other services.
1. Membership Cancellations
1.1 Monthly Memberships:
Notice Period:
Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with a minimum of 30 days' notice. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle following the notice period.
How to Cancel: Members can cancel their membership by submitting a written request via email to @Blackline.Fitness or by visiting the front desk at our gym.
1.2 Annual Memberships:
Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period:
Members may cancel their annual membership within 14 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund.
Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period:
After the 14-day cooling-off period, annual memberships can only be canceled for specific reasons, such as:
A medical condition preventing the use of the facilities (a doctor’s note may be required)
Relocation more than 25 miles away from the gym (proof of new address required)
Other extenuating circumstances as approved by Blackline Fitness management
Refunds:
Refunds for canceled annual memberships will be issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the membership, minus any applicable fees.
1.3 No-Shows and Non-Use:
Failure to use the gym facilities does not constitute a cancellation. Membership fees will continue to be charged until a formal cancellation request is submitted and processed according to this policy.
2. Class and Personal Training Cancellations
2.1 Class Cancellations:
Notice Period:
Members must cancel a booked class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of the class pass or a charge equivalent to the class fee.
How to Cancel:
Class bookings can be canceled via our online booking system, mobile app, or by contacting the front desk.
2.2 Personal Training Sessions:
Notice Period:
Personal training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in the session being charged in full.
Package Cancellations:
Members may cancel personal training packages within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been used. After 14 days or once sessions have begun, refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Special Programs and Events
3.1 Cancellation of Special Programs:
For special programs, workshops, or events, cancellation policies may vary. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. Please review these terms carefully before committing.
3.2 Cancellations by Blackline Fitness:
If Blackline Fitness cancels a class, personal training session, or special program, members will be offered a choice between a rescheduled session or a full refund for the canceled service.
4. Suspension of Membership
4.1 Temporary Suspension:
Members may request to temporarily suspend their membership due to medical reasons, travel, or other personal circumstances. Suspension requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by Blackline Fitness management.
Duration:
Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
Fees: A nominal fee may apply to process the suspension.
5. How to Cancel
5.1 Cancellation Request:
To cancel any service or membership, members must submit a written request to Blackline Fitness. Cancellation requests can be sent via email to ascot@Blackline.Fitness or submitted in person at the front desk.
5.2 Processing Time:
Cancellation requests will be processed within 7 business days. Members will receive a confirmation of cancellation once the process is complete.
6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
Blackline Fitness reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Cancellation Policy.
