I’m an Osteopath and Performance Coach with over a decade of experience across the NHS, private practice, and elite sport. I combine hands-on treatment with tailored rehab and training plans to help clients recover from injury, manage pain, and improve performance.

I’ve worked with athletes at all levels, including Team England at the Commonwealth Games and most recently supported a Formula 1 and Formula 2 driver throughout the 2024 season.
